She Can Roar provides personal development and empowerment coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching programs
  • Group coaching programs

  • Community membership
  • Workshops and speaking engagements
  • Free resources and educational content
Coaching Agreement

By enrolling in any She Can Roar coaching program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is a professional relationship designed to help you achieve personal and professional goals
  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
  • Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and implementation of coaching strategies
  • Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout the coaching process
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
  • All fees for coaching programs, courses, and services are listed at the time of purchase
  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines:

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
  • Coaching Programs: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the second coaching session has taken place. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Group Programs & Courses: No refunds once the program has begun
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests outside of these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, terminate your access to our services, and pursue collection of amounts owed.

Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by She Can Roar, including but not limited to coaching materials, course content, worksheets, videos, podcast episodes, blog posts, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of She Can Roar and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works based on our content
  • Share login credentials or program access with others
Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during coaching sessions. Likewise, we ask that you respect the privacy of other community members and do not share personal information disclosed in group settings.

Community Standards

As a member of the She Can Roar community, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and dignity
  • Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behavior
  • Not promote or advertise competing services within our community
  • Not share copyrighted materials without permission
  • Engage in good faith and contribute positively to the community

Violation of community standards may result in removal from the community without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Can Roar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or coaching programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Can Roar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Severability
